Two new automated assembly lines lift total capacity by 40%
Two self-developed assembly lines raise output per operator by 3.2× and bring 100% inline inspection with MES data capture to critical processes.
Developed, not bought
Both lines were designed in-house around the operating-point inspection, staking and laser-marking steps of our core series. Compared with general-purpose equipment, our own lines win clearly on changeover time and consistency.
- Changeover cut from 45 to 12 minutes
