H25-08-3P is produced entirely in the HAOSWITCH factory through injection moulding → high-speed stamping → automated assembly → 100% inspection and packing. Critical processes run under SPC control; operating point and electrical performance are verified 100% inline with data pushed to MES, giving forward and backward traceability for every lot.
We provide OEM / ODM customisation covering: actuator type and length, termination (solder / PCB / quick-connect / cable), operating force and travel, housing colour and printing, cable length and connectors, and packing (bulk / tape-and-reel / tube). Moulds are developed in-house — 15 days from drawing approval to first article.
Customer recognition is our highest honour — the only reason we keep investing in R&D and quality systems.
