Five departments, vertically integrated
Keeping critical processes in-house is the precondition for controllable lead time and quality.
Injection moulding
Precision machines with mould-temperature control keep housing dimensions and flame-retardant grades consistent.
Stamping
High-speed presses and progressive dies form terminals and springs in one pass, maximising material yield.
Automated assembly
Self-developed assembly lines take parts to finished switch in one flow, raising both capacity and consistency.
Tool making
CNC, wire EDM and EDM equipment — moulds designed, built and maintained in-house.
UL reliability lab
Built to UL / ENEC standards; performs life, salt spray, temperature rise and flame-retardance validation.
Manufacturing FAQ
The questions we hear most about lead time, MOQ and documentation.
Do you accept small pilot batches?
Yes. Standard parts start from 1K pieces; custom designs from 5K for pilot runs, moving to volume after validation.
What is the standard lead time?
7–15 days for standard parts and 25–35 days for custom designs including tooling. VMI and safety-stock programmes shorten delivery further.
Can you provide PPAP and full dimensional reports?
Yes. We provide PPAP, full dimensional reports, material certificates and reliability test reports for automotive and appliance customers.
Book a factory audit or live video tour
On-site audits are welcome and remote video factory tours are available — full transparency.
